We keep this simple because we collect very little. ReasonStay is designed to respect your privacy by default.
Who we are
ReasonStay is operated by Fazana AB (Sweden), the data controller for this site. You can reach us at hello@reasonstay.com.
Analytics
We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics. We look at aggregate figures — how many people visited a page, roughly where in the world from, which sites referred them — with no cookies, no cross-site tracking and no personal profiles. Because we don't track you individually, there's no consent banner to click through.
Cookies
ReasonStay itself does not set tracking cookies. When you click an outbound link to a booking partner, that partner's own site may set cookies under their privacy policy — that's outside our control and covered by their terms.
If you choose to sign up for updates, we use your email address only to send you the content you asked for. You can unsubscribe at any time, and we never sell or rent your address.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete any personal data we hold about you, and to object to its processing. Since we operate cookielessly we usually hold no personal data about visitors — but if you've emailed us or subscribed, contact hello@reasonstay.com and we'll act on your request.

We'll update this page as the site grows and note the date at the top. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
